Return Policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

"I need to cancel my order." 

  • We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. 

"I don't want my Musically Minted item anymore."

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund/store credit. 
  • Return after 30 days are eligible for store credit only. 
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

"I want to exchange my Musically Minted item."

  • If you are needing a different size, prefer a different color, or would like a different item, we accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please ship your items back within 14 days of contact.
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • If items are out of stock, a refund or store credit may be offered. 
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

"I'm concerned about my Musically Minted item."

  • Our top priority is to make sure you love everything you order from Musically Minted 
  • Please reach out to hello@musicallyminted.com with any concerns within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will do our best to investigate and reach a solution.
  • If necessary, ship items back within 14 days of contact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
