Return Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
"I need to cancel my order."
- We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
"I don't want my Musically Minted item anymore."
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund/store credit.
- Return after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
"I want to exchange my Musically Minted item."
- If you are needing a different size, prefer a different color, or would like a different item, we accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
- Please ship your items back within 14 days of contact.
- Items must be in their original condition.
- If items are out of stock, a refund or store credit may be offered.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
"I'm concerned about my Musically Minted item."
- Our top priority is to make sure you love everything you order from Musically Minted
- Please reach out to hello@musicallyminted.com with any concerns within 7 days of delivery.
- We will do our best to investigate and reach a solution.
- If necessary, ship items back within 14 days of contact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
