Do you accept custom orders? Currently we do not offer custom orders. Please sign up for our email list to be notified if that changes.

How can I track my order? You should receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please refer to your shipping notice in your email and use the provided information to track your order.

My order never showed up, what do I do? Please reply to your order confirmation email and we will assist you.

Can I expedite the shipping on my order? We only offer USPS First Class and Priority Mail services. You may select your shipping speed at checkout. We do not offer Next Day or 2-Day services.

How do I know what size apparel to choose? You can refer to our Sizing Chart page or to the photo attached to each apparel item for sizing details.
