Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get my order?

Our processing times are typically around 7 -10 business days, plus the time it takes to ship. If you have any questions about the status of your order, feel free to email us at hello@musicallyminted.com.

I need my order by a certain date for a concert/event, what do I do?

We recommend that you select priority shipping, so that it gets to you as quickly as possible. Then, contact us at hello@musicallyminted.com to request the date and we will do our best to accommodate. Once we drop off packages to USPS, there is nothing we can do to speed up the shipping process.

How do I know what size to order?

All our apparel items are unisex sizing. 99% of the apparel brands we use are Comfort Colors, Comfort Wash and Gildan. For more details, refer to the sizing chart attached to each product.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Head to our Return Policy for more information.

Where can I buy Musically Minted in person?

We don’t currently sell products in a brick and mortar store, but you can find us all over the country at conferences and even online at West Music and Teachers Pay Teachers!

Meet the owner

Hi, I'm Claire, the owner and designer of Musically Minted! I started running this business during the 2020 pandemic when I was teaching K-6 elementary music. All of our products and designs are hand drawn by me on my iPad.

In June of 2023, after teaching for 5 years, getting my masters in music education, AND my Orff Schulwerk certification, I left the classroom to run Musically Minted full time. I am so blessed to have an amazing team and community that supports my small business and has helped me grow.

The past six years I have developed new products and designs for music educators all around the world. I believe that music teachers are real teachers and that quality music education matters. and I hope to share my designs with everyone who loves and values music education in their life.
